Kenya Power has identified regions in two counties that will experience power outages on Monday, set to occur between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.

The affected counties are Nairobi and Nyeri.
In Nairobi, the power cuts will affect parts of Karen, including Karen Road, Karen Country Club, DoD Command Centre, KMTC, Forest Lane, Quarry Lane, Kibo Lane, and surrounding areas.
In Nyeri, the power interruptions will impact parts of the Mt Kenya region, including Saigon, Brookfield Academy, Karatina Jambo, Omega Hotel, Yacob Deen, Oldoiyo Lengai Hotel, Mwanda, Ihara, Ndaro-ini, Gatundu Sec, Gichatha-ini C/Fact, Bishop Kirima, Kiunyu, Thenge-ini, and Kamunyaka Coffee Fact.
Other affected areas in Nyeri include Gatura, Miiri C/Fact, Kiangai, Thunguri, Kianwe, Thunguri C/Fact, Kiahiti, Kariko, Gikororo, Merere, Kahuru, Ndima Kanini, and Kahuro. Kenya Power has noted that additional areas in the region will also experience power cuts, including Ndima T/Fact, Mathia, Kiaruhiu, Chehe TBC, Gathaithi, Gitangaruri TBC, Karandi, Kiangumara, Kianyaga, Safaricom Boosters, Airtel Boosters, and neighboring customers.
