He remembered Eunice as a mother figure who played a significant role in keeping the family united following the death of their mother, Martha Kirigo Gachagua, seven years ago.
According to Gachagua, his late sister took up the responsibility of providing motherly guidance and support to the family after their mother’s passing.
He also sent his condolences to her children, Waithera and Murimi, as well as her grandchildren, great-grandchildren and members of the extended Reriani family.
The former Deputy President said the family was thankful for the 77 years Eunice lived, describing her as a warm and cheerful person whose guidance, wisdom and companionship had left a lasting impact.
He noted that her absence would be deeply felt by the family, particularly because of the valuable advice and memorable moments they shared.
Gachagua concluded his tribute with a prayer for his sister’s soul to rest in eternal peace.
